Registration is opening for July 2015 End-to-End Testing of ICD-10 claims
For hospitals, clinics, and eligible physicians the transition to ICD-10 is set for October 1, 2015.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has provided for three separate opportunities to conduct end-to-end testing of your claims – Jan 26-30, 2015, April 27-May 1, 2015 and July 20-24, 2015 .
End-to-end ICD-10 testing not only confirms receipt of your claims but also provides confirmation that the claim can be properly adjudicated and that you will receive accurate remittance advices.
Registration for the July 20-24, 2015 opportunity should be available through your Medicare Administrative Contractors (MAC) very soon. Please visit your Medicare Administrative Contractors website and watch for notices to register. If you have registered for either of the earlier weeks, you will not need to reregister and will be eligible for selection to participate in this latest opportunity.
